Izabela has been associated with the advertising market for more than 20 years. She started her career at Zenithmedia. She has worked for WPP since 1999, when she joined MEC as director of media. She was promoted to managing director in 2009, and in the role of CEO she has worked since 2011. After the merger of MEC and Maxus in 2018 she took over the leadership of Wavemaker, a few months later the network promoted her to the position of regional leader. Izabela Albrychiewicz actively engages in industry initiatives, she is a member of the boards of the SAR and the IAA.
Kuba Kossut has been associated with MediaCom Warsaw for 15 years. He started as the founder of the research and analysis department in Business Science. In the following years, he was responsible for developing services and product offers, most of which were created as groundbreaking innovations that often changed the rules of the game in the industry.
He has worked at the company’s Board of Directors since 2008.
Since 2014 he has worked as Chief Operating Officer. He has managed the day-to-day operations of the company, as well as he was responsible for the development of people, product, and customer collaboration. His responsibilities revolved around internal systems, processes, and directed all Agency’s support functions.
In May 2018, he became President of MediaCom Warszawa.
In his private life, he is Maya’s and Philip’s dad. He likes to train rock climbing and to help develop startups.
Tomasz is a partner at the KnowledgeHub Starter fund. He has been associated with digital media for 15 years. From 2004 to 2007, he worked at MRM partners and Universal McCann partners as an interaction director. He worked with the interaction commission, which combined media and interaction competencies. In 2007 he joined GroupM, where he developed Quisma performance marketing agency and Xaxis group of entities. Since 2010, he has been a member of the GroupM board of directors and has been responsible for the further development of the digital products offered to GroupM customers.
He is a speaker at industry conferences. He conducted training in the field of interactive marketing in Poland and abroad (IAB, Internet Standard, Media run, Internet Hungary 2010, FDIM – conference for representatives of the digital market in Denmark, Google day). He has also appeared at conferences organized by GroupM media houses such as MEC forum, Mindshare Purple Day, and Maxus Digital Day. Tomasz completed a lot of training in management He was nominated for a mini MBA program provided by WPP (owner of GroupM).
She graduated from the Main School of Commerce, majoring in management and marketing, with a specialization in marketing research.
She joined the Mindshare team in June 2018, where she develops digital strategy and oversees it. She oversees the FAST and INVENTION teams, she is responsible for building a positive image of Mindshare in digital areas and building relationships with partners.
Before joining Mindshare, she was digital director at MediaCom, where she managed a 30-person digital team. She developed strategies for Procter & Gamble, Danone, Teva Pharmaceuticals (OTC), Douglas, Jeronimo Martins groceries & pharmacies. Her campaigns have won numerous awards in industry competitions such as Effie and Innovation. Also, she developed the agency’s programming skills by introducing new digital products such as WebScore.
In addition, she is active in IAB Poland as a member of the Program Board IAB Forum and a member of the Mixx Awards jury. She is a DIMAQ Professional trainer.
In her free time, she likes to participate in startup projects such as Whisbear or TopFryzjer.pl. She is a mother of two children, actively engaged in sports: fitness, skiing, and windsurfing.
Co-founder and CEO of Whisbear company, which makes babies toys that help them sleep. Whisbear products are available in 23 countries around the world, even Duchess Kate appreciated them. At Whisbear Susan is responsible for Sales and Marketing. Previously, for 9 years, she was associated with the media house MediaCom, where she planned strategies for the P & G brands such as Wella, Gilette, Max Factor, and Teva products.
Privately she is a mother of 3 boys and she really likes to travel.
Lukasz is an enthusiast of analytical and research innovations. He supports Wavemaker customers in increasing the effectiveness of marketing activities. Despite his 15 years of experience, his excitement for the media industry has not decreasing.
Maciej has 9 years of experience in creating communication strategies and marketing consulting.
He cooperated with clients from the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, FMCG, financial, insurance, and retail sectors. He creates strategies with proven impact on Business: winner of more than 20 Effie, Mixx Awards, Golden Arrow. With a degree in econometrics, he combines experience gained in marketing with a research and analytical background.
She oversees the work of the team that conducts advertising and influential campaigns on social networks. He has been working in the company’s structures for more than 4 years. Previously, she was engaged in monitoring social networks and the Internet.
He is graduated from PJWST and the Leon Kozminsky Academy with a degree in management and marketing. Previously, he was engaged in market research at Nielsen company. He has been associated with the Plista Agency for 3 years, where together with a team of specialists he develops native advertising marketing in Poland. He is responsible for working with Agency clients (Mediacom, Wavemaker, Mindshare), as well as for product development, campaign management, and optimization.
She is associated with GroupM since 2015. Currently, Malgorzata is a Senior Media planner at Xaxis. She is responsible for the implementation of campaigns and the dissemination of programming knowledge both in GM agencies and among customers. She is the leader of the customer service department of the agencies Mindshare and Wavemaker.
In her spare time, she trains the Brazilian martial art of Capoeira and is also addicted to long journeys around the world.
As Talent&Culture director, she is responsible for GroupM’s strategy creation and talent management development. She has worked for the largest clients on the Polish market in the field of digital marketing, so today she skillfully combines HR solutions with business strategy.
She has been associated with the digital industry and GroupM initially as SEM specialist since 2007. Then, for more than 9 years in the structures of GroupM, she was responsible for managing the team and developing the group’s competence in SEM, Paid Social and SEO. She was the first on the market who defined and placed in the structures of the media house the position of SEM strategist.
She shares her professional experience as a mentor, coach, and inner coach since 2016.
She is the author and leader of development programs for managers- GroupM academy.
Within [m]spark she will lead a workshop using the Design thinking method.
Privately she is the mother of Asia and Hania, for whom she designs and sews clothes as part of an intensive “night sewing”.
Agata Pospiszyl has been working at Xaxis from the very beginning of the brand’s presence in the Polish since 2011, Thanks to this she knows business at every stage: from campaigning through customer service, team management, production and business development.
She started her career as an analyst and editor at the Media Monitoring Institute in 2008, but two years later, working at Starcom, she discovered a passion for advertising and marketing.
She is a sociologist by education and defended her master’s thesis at the University of Warsaw. Her hobbies are sport (cycling, running, climbing), reading, and developing knowledge about dog behavior.
Karolina has been working at Mindshare since 2015. She is responsible for the development of the tools and analytical-research offers of the media house. She supports Mindshare Polska clients in planning and implementing research. As well she is proposing analytical solutions in accordance with clients needs. She evaluates the effectiveness of the communication activities carried out in the agency.
Karolina Choluj graduated in Sociology and European Integration at the University of Warsaw. Karolina has 18 years of experience in the marketing research sector, which she has gained by implementing various projects, as a contractor and research contractor. During her career she worked for m.in. Unilever, Procter & Gamble, Coca-Cola, mBank, Virgin Mobile, T-Mobile, De’longhi, Mazda, Eurocash, Maspex or L’oreal.
Michal Szczur is the coach of DIMAQ. From the beginning of his career, he has been associated with the Mindshare media house. He has 7 years of experience in running online campaigns for such companies as Bre bank / mBank, Ubisoft, Nike, LG, IBM, Heinz, Discovery Channel. Winner of the competitions Effie, Golden Arrow and innovation.
On behalf of the Wavemaker’s management board, he is responsible for the development of the offer and structures in the field of digital media.
He has been associated with the interactive industry for 15 years, and he has been working for Wavemaker since 2005.
TThe interaction department, which he created from scratch, was awarded as the “Agency of the Year” several times in the MIXX Awards competition organized by IAB Poland. The campaigns realized by his team were awarded in many advertising competitions: Golden Arrow, MIXX Awards, Effie, media trends, Kreatura.
He is a speaker at many conferences and workshops (IMM, real e-marketing, 2K9, IAB forum, generation mobile, lectures at POP and UW), judge of the Mixx – Awards, Media Trends, and Effie advertising contests, member of the supervisory board of IAB Polska and coach at the school of brand strategy at SAR.
Pawel Tkaczyk has a degree in computer graphics, but his passion is e-marketing. He has been associated with the Internet marketing industry since 2006. For more than 10 years, he managed advertising campaigns for clients in the Polish market, as well as in Czech, Hungarian, Russian and Ukrainian.
In MediaCom media house he spent almost a year creating and implementing Google AdWords advertising strategies for leading clients such as P&G, Volkswagen Group (Volkswagen, Seat, Skoda, Audi and Porsche), Danone, Żywiec Zdrój. For almost three years he was a certified by Google as a trainer. He conducted training on managing advertising campaigns in Google Adwords and supporting the Google Analytics system. At the same time he provided Internet marketing classes for postgraduate students of the Kozminski University, Lazarski University and Collegium Civitas.
He has all the current AdWords, Analytics certificates and in November 2017 has received the Expert certificate under the DoubleClick Proframmatic Experts programme.
He has led campaigns for clients such as: Coca-Cola, Bayer, Pekao, Skoda, Microsoft, Nestle, Play, P&G
Currently, at GroupM, he coordinates the activities of the SEM team of specialists, cooperates with the Agency’s key clients in developing their business using Google tools, and develops the services provided by the SEM Agency.
