He graduated from the main commercial school in Warsaw specialized in management and marketing. Marcin is an expert in digital marketing and has been engaged in online advertising for more than 15 years. He is an experienced investor. Marcin Wozniak practices business with numerous successes in Poland and on the International market. He is the co-founder and managing Director Of the international Media sales House ARBOmedia (originally adMaster).
He has been responsible for the development of ARBOinteractive in Central and Eastern Europe since February 2008. He is expanding this business to new markets (the greatest success in the international arena is the creation of a branch in Russia). He is a member of the Board of Directors of ARBOmedia A. G since October 2008. Marcin promotes the merger of ARBOinteractive with Ad ‘ media Link. It is the largest advertising network in Western Europe.
Currently, he is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the KnowledgeHub Foundation and the AgriTech Hub.
Grzegorz Smyka is currently responsible for the quality of digital offers and ongoing strategic support to key customers at Wavemaker.
In 2008, he graduated from the Interaction Academy in London. He gained international experience by co-creating integrated communication solutions for regional and global MEC customers.
He is an active member of the start-up environment at Google Campus at the heart of Warsaw. Grzegorz is a member of the jury at the Start.Up.Press competition. He was often invited as a speaker at various industry conferences, for example on the 10 Jubilee IAB forum.
Pawel Lewandowski is a graduate of Economics at the Warsaw Polytechnic University and SGGW, as well as marketing and political consulting at the University of Warsaw. He started working in the media in 2007. In theory, this should have been a moment in 2-3 years to gain experience and move on. This moment has been going on for 11 years because the environment has been so dynamic that it still doesn’t complain about the lack of problems.
He has worked for clients such as Skoda, Mars, Pekao, P&G, and many others. He has been worked as Head of the Digital Media Department at the Agency since 2014. In 2017, he decided to expand his business by creating his own consulting company called P & P Consulting Group. He is still the owner of the company.
Pawel is a person driven by constant learning and development. He reads everything he can get his hands on. He is a fan of sports, games, and instrumental music.
Tomasz is an expert in online marketing and head of the Mobile Working Group at IAB Poland. He has been working in the media industry for over 15 years. Initially, he was associated with the broker of external advertising (Posterscope), later with the newspaper Axel Springer (Forbes) and the with o2.pl portal.
The next stage in his career was mobile advertising. He gained experience by founding the mobile marketing Agency MoBehave for 4 years.
He has worked in the structures of Havas Media Group as the head of Mobext since May 2016. He implemented mobile campaigns for such companies as Accor, BRW, Hyundai, Kia, LOT, Michelin, NC+, PKO BP, RedBull. He got a Master’s degree in Business School for the specialization of management and marketing, also he has a Postgraduate degree in sales management. He is the author of numerous Dot Mobile publications on the leading digital media websites. He participates in digital marketing conferences as a speaker. He has been invited to conferences such as the IAB forum, Mobile Trends, Mobile Congress, Mobile Banking.
In his spare time, he enjoys new technologies and sports with a low dose of adrenaline.

Jaroslaw graduated from the University Of Warsaw with a specialization in Faculty Management. He started his adventure with internet marketing in 2006. The projects and campaigns which he provided were repeatedly nominated and awarded in such competitions as MIXX Awards, Media Trends, Golden Eagles, and Webstar Festival. He is a participant and speaker at many conferences and training. Also, he was a member of IAB Poland working groups in the years 2012-2016.
From the beginning of his career, he was associated with GroupM. Firstly he was responsible for managing the digital department in MediaCom. He created and developed the digital creative department. Currently, he works directly at GroupM as a director of Plista Mobile. That is one of the leading companies in the Polish internet market in the field of native advertising and content marketing.
Jaroslaw is an enthusiast of ethical and useful advertising, which he is trying to implement with his team in order to increase success. He likes to implement and develop new projects and products within the corporate environment. It gives freshness and innovativeness, but at the same time, it keeps in mind the business fundamentals.
He is always associated with sports, I the past he was a player of AZS UW in handball. He was two-times awarded as a King of Shooters in the football tournament of Advertising Bureau TVP. He is passionate about active traveling– he is currently focused on finding opportunities to snowboard off-piste (freeride) and exploring the secrets of surfing. He wants to pass on his passion for sports to his son Tymon.
Kondrad Wiak is associated with the digital industry since 2007. He has been working for MediaCom Warsaw for more than 7 years.
During his employment, he had the opportunity to work for clients in the following categories: Moto (Skoda, Seat, Porsche), healthcare (GSK, Bayer), FMCG (Mars, Danone/Żywiec Zdrój), entertainment (Sony/PlayStation, EA, TVN), sport/fashion (Adidas/Reebok).Currently, he creates a digital offer for the clients of the agency, keeping an eye on the quality of the work provided by a team of several dozen specialists. As cooperates with internal and external partners in the search, matching, and creation of innovative products for customers. Also, his role in the firm includes extensively cooperation with international network structures.
As a hobby, he is a lover of alternative music, video games, and automotive. He can’t live without news from the world of technology.
